Pre-placement Visits (PPV) to Companies : The cell visits new and established companies to gain insight into their organizational culture and work processes, which helps in developing customized training modules for students.
Communication and Networking : The cell establishes relationships with potential recruiters and invites them to visit the institute.
Grooming and Training : The cell prepares students for their roles and responsibilities in their selected organizations, based on their preferences and eligibility.
