Encouraged by His mission to provide free value-based education to all, the Sanskrithi Educational Society was incorporated in 2010, which manages the Sanskrithi School of Business and Sanskrithi School of Engineering.
Since then, over 1200 students have graduated from the portals of SSB. Sanskrithi has established itself in the education scenario by providing affordable values-based, quality education, along with international exposure via its numerous associations/ tie-ups.
With its student-centric approach and innovative blend of modern and traditional styles of learning and architecture, the campus is the perfect destination for innovative ideas and the realization of dreams.

VISIONARY TEAM
Mr Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy is the chairperson of the Sanskrithi School of Business, under the umbrella of the Sanskrithi Group of Institutions. He is a visionary leader who has a clear and compelling vision for the future of management education, research, and entrepreneurship.
He believes that management studies are not mere theories and case studies, but also humanistic and social ones, that can address the grand challenges of this century. He has initiated several innovative programs and activities that foster interdisciplinary collaboration, experiential learning, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility among students and faculty. Mr Vijay Bhaskar Reddy is also a Board Member and Principal Advisor to the CEO of RISE International, Prof. Thomas Grechenig.
Starting his career in an unknown country and at the grassroots level, his association with RISE spans more than 20 years. He has been working closely with them and instituted various support programs such as the RIT Program and Sai Prudent Scholarship.
Having worked with RISE, Europe for years and in close association with Prof Thomas Greichan, CEO of RISE & INSO, he has led the college to achieve international recognition and accreditation for its excellence and impact.

Dr. Bala Koteswari
Dr Bala Koteswari is the principal of the Sanskrithi School of Business and the Dean of the Sanskrithi Group of Institutions since 2020. A distinguished academician and administrator with a PhD in Psychology, an MBA degree, a PGDHRM diploma, and a B.Ed. degree, and a gold medal in M.Sc, has 20 years of experience in research, teaching, and industry.
She is a visionary leader who has transformed the institution into a center of excellence and innovation in a short span of time She has a rich academic and professional background, with a PhD in management and several publications in international journals. She has also authored chapters in several books. She guides PhD scholars in Psychology, Education and Management disciplines. She is passionate about providing quality education and mentoring to the students and fostering a culture of research and entrepreneurship among the faculty.
She has initiated several collaborations and partnerships with industry and academia, both nationally and internationally. She is also actively involved in social and environmental causes and encourages the students to participate in various outreach programs.She believes that teachers have a vital role in shaping the mindset and potential of the youth. She considers teaching as a social and national responsibility and strives to transform the nation through education.
